Thank you for choosing our PPE (masks, gloves, etc.). We provide the following warranty for quality assurance.
Coverage & Duration
– For original purchasers (not unauthorized resellers).
– 90 days warranty for masks/gloves; 180 days for other PPE (per packaging if different).
– Covers material/manufacturing defects under normal use (per instructions).
Exclusions
– Damage from improper use (e.g., reusing disposables), regular wear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
– Products with unreadable serial numbers/purchase labels.
Claim Process
1. Contact support via “Contact Us” with order number, purchase date, defect photos, and issue description.
2. We’ll review claims within 3 business days.
3. Approved claims get replacement/refund (free shipping for replacements).
