At Aceppe, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund and return conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, engraved, or logo-printed safety products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Opened packages of consumable protective goods (e.g., gloves, masks).
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team with photos and order details. We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost after verification.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or model issues when stock is available. Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility unless due to a defect.
